- Rates are for double occupancy, $35 per additional guest.
- We are a non-smoking establishment. We offer guests a smoke free environment. A $350 fumigation fee will be imposed if a room is smoked in.

These terms and conditions describe the promises we make to you and the promises you make to us:
- Five rooms or more require a 60-day notification of cancellation. No refund unless the rooms are resold.
- Reservations are guaranteed only upon a full receipt of a major credit card, check or cash. We will honor your reservation by not offering your room to anyone else.
- We will return your full deposit less a $20.00 handling fee ONLY if you cancel 14 days or more for nightly rental or 30 days or more for weekly rental prior to your reservation date or we resell your room.
- There will be no refund for early departures unless we can resell your room.
