We are a non-smoking establishment. We offer guests a smoke free environment. A $350 fumigation fee will be imposed if a room is smoked in.

Cancellation Policy
These terms and conditions describe the promises we make to you and the promises you make to us:

Five rooms or more require a 60-day notification of cancellation. No refund unless the rooms are resold.
Reservations are guaranteed only upon a full receipt of a major credit card, check or cash. We will honor your reservation by not offering your room to anyone else.
We will return your full deposit less a $20.00 handling fee ONLY if you cancel 14 days or more for nightly rental or 30 days or more for weekly rental prior to your reservation date or we resell your room.
There will be no refund for early departures unless we can resell your room.

	Honeymoon Suite Two room suite. A luxurious private hideaway. Bedroom with a river rock fireplace encased with seashells, a queen bed with a headboard adorned with lions which is actually a bridge grate from Singapore. Balcony with view. The chandeliers and heavy mahogany doors are from mansions in Chicago and Cleveland. The chandelier in the bath (with tub for two and shower) is from a Cleveland Playhouse. The sitting room is furnished with a sofa bed, wet bar, TV, and a deck with a cherry tree. Come and see and you might never leave! Children welcome. 	Garden Suite Cozy and traditional two room suite. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size antique iron bed, and the river rock fireplace is encased with adornments from the sea. A sofa bed, TV, antique oak table and chairs adorn the sitting room. (A full kitchen is optional. Please ask the innkeeper.) Tub and shower. Views the garden. Children welcome.
